Mama Luv Heavy pads are great for heavy flow days. They have an absorbency rate of 1000 gsm which is provided by one layer of flannel between the top and bottom fabrics, one layer of Zorb and one layer of bamboo/hemp fleece in the core.
Rinse soiled pads and store them in a wetbag until laundry day. Wash in warm water with clothes or towels and dry on medium or hang to dry. Oxiclean can be used on any stains or let the sun remove them. No fabric softener or dryer sheets.
