Tooshie SM pocket AI3 diapers are designed to fit smaller babies from about 7 - 32 lbs. They are about 1" shorter from front to back and 1 1/2" narrower through the legs than our OS. These slim diapers come with a snapped long bamboo/hemp/bamboo soaker.
Outside is still TPU (ecoPul), but inside you will find AWJ (ProCool Dri-QWick Jersey Mesh Antimicrobial) with a wide back pocket opening that allows you to snap in the included long soaker and tuck it inside the pocket OR leave it outside of the pocket in AIO style. It can also be used as a cover or swim diaper.
Sewn into the AWJ layer is a layer of 265 gsm bamboo fleece to provide an extra layer of absorbency. The included soaker is a long soaker made from two layers of heavy bamboo fleece with a layer of heavy hemp fleece. When folded and stuffed inside the pocket, you have a minimum of seven layers of absorbency.
